Magento started out as a simple eCommerce platform in 2007. It’s a robust eCommerce CMS. It has emerged one of the Internet’s leading eCommerce solution. Over the years, the solution has become the defacto standard for the eCommerce industry.
It is used by many popular and heavy-traffic online stores. That indicates it is definitely a good fit for huge-scale eCommerce online business, but now the question arises, is it a good fit for small-scale online business? The answer to that isn’t that simple.
Basically, Magento is available in three distinct platforms - Magento Community Edition, Magento Enterprise Edition, and Magento Enterprise Cloud Edition.

Before Magento 2.0, It wasn’t easy to understand, and definitely not easy to install. It isn’t that installation requires significant steps, it’s just that until & unless you have installed a hundred times before, you are sure to come across various errors that arises while installing it.
